Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Posting and conduct rules

No illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or discriminatory content. Job posts must comply with applicable laws, including equal opportunity and advertising rules. No requests for upfront fees from applicants. No multi-level marketing or work-from-home schemes that require payment.

User content license

By posting content, you grant Catholic Gigs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for operating the service. You represent you have rights to the content.

Moderation

We may edit, refuse, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate policies.

Fees

Any fees will be listed at checkout or order pages. Unless stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable once services begin.

Third parties

Links and integrations may appear. We are not responsible for third party services.

IP rights and takedown

Report infringement to support@catholicgigs.com with sufficient detail. We will respond to valid notices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Service provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of 100 dollars or the amount you paid to Catholic Gigs in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Catholic Gigs for claims arising from your content or misuse of the service.

Governing law and venue

Arizona law governs. Venue is in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use confirms acceptance of changes.
